What if my bike was stolen?
Please note that stolen bikes are not covered by this warranty. We strongly recommend investing in a high-quality lock to protect your EBIKESZ when not in use.
Replacement Procedures
1. Claims Submission
All warranty claims must be submitted to support@ebikesz.com. Required documentation includes:
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective product
EBIKESZ will not replace any parts without visual evidence. Valid claims will be processed within our standard warranty timeline.
2. Shipping Damage
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Photo/video proof is required.
Note: Shipping damage claims will not be accepted after the 7-day window. Free accessories are excluded from cosmetic scratch compensation during transport.
Component Coverage
🚲 Frame: Covered for 2 years. Warranty covers the replacement frame only; labor charges for part changeovers are not included.
🔋 Battery: Covered by a 2-year prorated warranty.
- Year 1: Defective batteries are repaired or replaced at no cost.
- Year 2: A prorated credit based on months of service will be applied toward the purchase of a new battery.
Exclusions (Not Covered)
- Ordinary wear and tear (Brake pads, tires, chains, etc.)
- Damage from accidents, abuse, or stunt riding
- Improper assembly or maintenance
- Use of unapproved accessories or batteries
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, paint fade)
- Modifications (drilling, welding)
- Exposure to extreme weather or flooding
- Products with removed/altered serial numbers
