For 14 days after purchase, return your Undamaged & Unused EBIKESZ product for a full refund.
We offer an all-inclusive 2-year warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.
Please note that stolen bikes are not covered by this warranty. We strongly recommend investing in a high-quality lock to protect your EBIKESZ when not in use.

EBIKESZ will not replace any parts without visual evidence. Valid claims will be processed within our standard warranty timeline.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Photo/video proof is required.
Note: Shipping damage claims will not be accepted after the 7-day window. Free accessories are excluded from cosmetic scratch compensation during transport.
